Church to Install New Pastor;

   The Rev. I. G. Frey will be installed as pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Seventh Avenue and Earll, tomorrow night at 7:30 o'clock
   The Rev. R. H. Zimmernann of Glendale, chairman of the Arizona Mission Board of the Lutheran Synod of Wisconsin, will officiate.
   The Rev. Mr Frey comes from Douglass, where he served as pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church there and also of Grace Lutheran Church in Warren for the past three years. He previously held pastorates in Council Bluffs. Iowa and Platte, S. D. He is a former instructor at Northwestern Lutheran Academy, Mobridge, S. D.
   Mr. Frye is a native of Phoenix and a former Phoenix Gazette newspaperboy. His father was pastor of Zion Lutheran Church of Phoenix from 1913 to 1924.
   He will reside at the church parsonage, 1634 W Encanto.
